Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026
A.Shrubb Ltd, trading as SHRUBB, (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or contact us, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address and a description of your project. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
How we use your information
We use your details only to contact you about your enquiry and the services you’ve asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed below, or where necessary to deliver your project (for example, suppliers or sub-contractors directly involved in your works).
Service providers we use
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website. They process your information only on our instructions:
- Vercel hosts this website and processes technical data, such as your IP address, when you visit it.
- Resend delivers the enquiries you send through our contact form to our inbox by email.
- Google provides the map on our contact page. Google may collect data when the map loads, under its own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics tells us how visitors use this website, such as which pages they view. See “Cookies” below.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies only if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. These cookies help us understand how visitors use the website. If you decline, Google Analytics does not set cookies, but it may still receive basic information without identifiers, such as the page you visited.
We also set one cookie, si-consent, to remember your choice for 12 months. To change your choice, clear the cookies for this website in your browser and the banner will show again.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To do so, contact us at enquiries@ashrubb.co.uk.
